By accessing or using the Visique platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Visique provides an advanced financial modeling and intelligence platform. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The insights generated by Visique are for informational and analytical purposes only and should not be relied upon as absolute guarantees of performance.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you upload (PDFs, CSVs, etc.) do not violate any third-party intellectual property or confidentiality agreements. You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Access to premium tiers requires a valid payment method. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Visique be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational capabilities, arising out of the use of our platform.
