At Visique, we prioritize your security and data sovereignty. We collect minimal personal information required to deliver our analytics and financial intelligence platform.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and organization details provided during registration.
• Financial Documents: Documents you upload (e.g., PDFs, CSVs) strictly for the purpose of analysis. These are processed securely and stored natively in encrypted cloud containers.
• Payment Data: All credit card and PCI-sensitive data is securely managed by our payment processor (Stripe). Visique does not store your raw credit card data.

2. How We Use Data

The core function of Visique is to analyze financial documentation to produce intelligence reports. Your data is strictly localized to your account and is never used to train generalized models outside of your organization's context without explicit consent.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain total ownership of your documents. When you delete an analysis from your Visique account, the underlying documents and generated reports are permanently purged from our active storage systems within 72 hours.

4. Compliance and Security

Our architecture is designed to align with SOC2 principles. We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest, and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our infrastructure partners (AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel) maintain rigorous compliance standards.
